Mango Supply:

The mango supply will be provided through the established network of trackers and their teams of harvesters and producers. They will benefit from all the necessary support from “Mali Food Fresh” to ensure compliance with good agricultural practices. It should be noted that Malian mango production has been estimated at approximately 500,000 tons, and that total exports (fresh and processed mango) have not reached 20%, or 100,000 tons, suggesting untapped potential.

Supply of Other Products:

Regarding the supply of papaya, ginger, passion fruit, green beans, and melon, this will be sourced from selected mango producers and other producers, particularly young producers, who will be among the suppliers of “Mali Food Fresh.” These suppliers will also benefit from all the necessary support from Mali Food Fresh to ensure compliance with technical production processes and good agricultural practices.
